Conference greetings to all of you. Finally we are aheading to Puri international Holly place of world. We will be united for our 30th AIC. Date is very nearer to us. Reception Committee preparation is going on for warm welcome to guest, delegates and Comrades. We have some good habit, give details of information at last movement.
So this is last message from reception Committee. Details of the information as below.
1)Finally a detail report from the all office bearer's and circle Secretaries, how many Comrades attending conference from respective Circle please.
2)Counter of CHQ and Reception Committee will be opened from 9 am at Town hall Puri on date 29th November 2025.
3)Central working Committee meeting will be held on 29th November 2025 at Evening Youth Hostel, Chakrtirth Road, Puri.
4)Reception Committee will provide food from night of 29th November 2025 .
5)Accommodation will be available up to morning 7am of 2nd December 2025, After lunch of 2nd December 2025 everything will be closed.
Please note that accommodation will be provided from 29th, 30th and 1st December 2025.At 2nd December 2025, 7 am must be check out the rooms.
