STRIKE ON ORGANIZATION: MOST URGENT

Dear Comrade,

          ‘WARM GREETINGS FOR NEW YEAR 2014 ‘that 2014 may prove glorious one rewarding all your future endeavors with success.

          As you are all aware that 25^th Silver Jubilee of All India Conference of our union was held FROM 29TH TO 31ST DECEMBER 2013 AT BARABATI STADIUM, CUTTACK (ODISHA) In the Diamond Jubilee year of NFPE has become yet another mile stone in our organizational History.

            Reception Committee headed by Com. D. B. Mohanty was its General Secretary & active comrades of NFPE in Odisha and with the coordination and other working class organizations, arranged A.I.C. maximum satisfaction of all participants. The CHQ thanks the entire comrades at Odisha for their great service.

             The resolutions and the decisions and Election of office bearers were all unanimous in the AIC and showed that ideological unity of our P-4 Union. The decision of strike was taken in the AIC duly endorsed by NFPE and Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers demanding (1) DA merger (2) Interim Relief (3) Inclusion of GDS under 7^th CPC (4) Casual Laborers Wage revision and regularization (5) Rescind PFRDA Act (6) Date of effect of 7^th CPC 2014 as demanded by JCM Staff Side plus other demands.

            As regards Strike it is very near to our door step means to be organized on 12^th and 13^th Feb 2014 for 48 hours during Parliament Session.  National Executive & CCGE & Workers taken decision in its extended National Executive which was held in Delhi on 10.01.2014. NFPE endorsed CCGE and Workers for strike call and all affiliated unions of NFPE are going on 48 hours strike i.e. 12^th and 13^th Feb 2014, Strike Notice will be served on 21^st January 2014 to the Government. It is also added that NUPE (FNPO) is also issuing strike notice for the same dates and demands.

             It is re-iterated that we also should get organized on war footing being no time left with us.  All Circles, Divisional and Branch Secretaries are hereby called upon by the CHQ to act quickly to educate all workers and make (12-13 Feb 2014) strike in reality with full strength with full success to achieve our demands. Let us move to understand our position ‘NOW OR NEVER’ THIS STRUGGLE IS FOR OUR EXISTANCE–GO AHEAD WITH STRONG DETERMINATION AND MAKE INTENNSIVE CAMPAIGNS  AT ALL LEVELS The CCGE & Workers circular and NFPE circular are herewith enclosed for your information and details of charter of demands.
