OBITUARY

Com. Balu, Ex-Circle Secretary of P3 Tamilnadu passed away today dated 20thOctober 2015 after prolonged illness. On behalf of P-IV CHQ  we convey hour heartfelt condolences and dip our red flag and pay Red Salute in his honour.
