Circular/CHQ/2016 Dated 31st March 2016
To
CHQ
Office Bearers and
Circle
Secretaries/Divisional Secretary
Dear Comrades,
Revolutionary
greetings on the eve of MAY DAY to all our comrades
Even
though strike is deferred, it is very much more necessary to keep our rank and
file of the organization alert on our charter of demands to go on strike at any
time (if immediate call comes) on the issues of 7th CPC among them
our main issue of filling up vacant posts of Postmen and MTS. Keep serious preparations
for INDEFINITE STRIKE FROM 11th JULY
2016 if inevitable based on NJCA direction/call.
Now one more responsibility came on our
shoulders to strengthen AIPEU GDS (NFPE) in this membership verification, which
has already started its process. All CHQ Office Bearers, Circle/Divisional
Secretaries are requested to take action as per NFPE Joint Circular (enclosed)
and work seriously to make AIPEU GDS (NFPE) as number one recognized union.
It is informed that our Central Working
Committee Meeting has been fixed to be held from 26th to 27th
June 2016 at ACHARYA NARENDRA DEO BHAWAN DEOGHAR, JASIDIH (JHARKHAND
CIRCLE)under leadership of Com. Amar Kumar, Circle Secretary, Jharkhand
Circle Name of Railway Station is
JASIDIH, which is one kilometer away from the venue. It is requested to book your
tickets in advance to avoid inconvenience at last moment and inform reception
committee on arrival.
It is pertinent to mention that regular
remittance of quota to CHQ/NFPE by our division is below from satisfactory
result. Only very few divisions are very
sincere for regular remittance of CHQ/NFPE quota and very few who are remitting
off and on. There are many divisions who
are not paying its attention on this noble issue despite our reminders for
clearance of quota causing huge arrears quota against their divisions. Circle
Secretaries are requested to take initiate measures in this matte and direct
your Divisional Secretaries to clear their arrear quota pending against their
divisions.
As regards Financial Assistance to our 26th
AIC held at Ujjain from 02nd to 04th January 2016, it was
decided during our last CWC held at Udaipur that every Circle would come
forward at least 25000 to 50000 thousand
in this noble work so that the huge expenditure involved in hosting AIC
could become smooth and easy. But no
circle contributed to assist AIC except Delhi (Rs 23,000/- ) and West Bengal
Circle (Rs 22,000) Host Circle (MP) is
still facing financial crunch to clear the expenses incurred and requesting help
from all circles as per decision taken CWC at Udaipur. Circle union should send
their contribution to this CHQ for onward submission to the Host Circle. Any thing left out will be notified in the
next circular.
WITH WARM GREETINGS Comradely yours,
(R Seethalakshmi)
General Secretary
