Dear Comrades,

I would like to draw your kind attention to an important task on top priority i.e., Membership verification in GDS cadre. The notification has been issued by Directorate on 22^nd June 2017 to conduct verification process in GDS cadre. The GDS Union in the name of AIPEU GDS (All India Postal Employees Union GDS) is being lead by our NFPE& its affiliated unions for the last five years. Now the AIPEU-GDS union is participating in the present verification process seeking No.1 recognition in GDS cadre.

It is opt  to mention that Postmen & MTS are having a closest  attachment to every GDS in their work places. At this instance it is our prime responsibility to make the AIPEU-GDS, in No.1 position by obtaining membership from GDSs in the form of Letter of Authorization supplied by Directorate along with notification.

Postmen & MTS Circle / Divisional Unions and the CHQ for the last few years put their best efforts to form the branches for AIPEU GDS in many divisions in the circles. You have initiated your best efforts on the direction of CHQ & NFPE and succeeded in the formation of AIPEU-GDS branches also. The CHQ is appreciating all  the CWC members, Circle Secretaries, Branch Divisional Secretaries, active comrades, well-wishers for their support to GDS comrades of AIPEU-GDS on the directions of CWC meetings, Circle & AlCs held during this period of time.

We have extended our support organizationally and financially on certain occasions to AIPEU-GDS CHQ and still it needs to extend it further from our Union. To a great extent our cadre units in many divisions have succeeded in the task by taking so much risk to form the branches in the circles and keep intact with GDS members in the divisions till date. Similarly GDS members are also extended all their cooperation and support in all the programmes given by higher bodies for all the time.

Now, it is the right time to share major responsibility in all divisions with Gr.C leaders, members and active comrades to enroll the membership from the GDSs in the respective divisions. The Circle Secretaries of each circle has to pay much attention on this task by contacting personally with all divisional / branch secretaries of P4 union and direct them to put all efforts to get the membership in favour of AIPEU-GDS in their divisions / branches.

Here with enclosing the particulars of Divisional Secretary / Convener of AIPEU-GDS of each division in your circle for favour of information and immediate action to collect 100% membership from GDS members in the respective divisions as early as possible. Please intimate, if any changes made in the name of ‘Authorized Representative’ i.e., divisional secretary / convener of AIPEU-GDS, our CHQs will make necessary correspondence with the concerned immediately.

Once again emphasis is made on the subject to give top priority as it is a time bound process.

Please follow the websites of CHQs - NFPE, AIPEU GrC., AIPEU-GDS for update information and keep in touch with CHQs for further details, if necessary. A brief report may be expected on the progress from your side for consolidation and further guidance.

प्रिय कामरेड,

       मैं सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता पर एक महत्वपूर्ण कार्य के लिए अपना ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं] निदेशालय ने 22 जून 2017 को जीडीएस केडर में सदस्यता सत्यापन प्रक्रिया करने के लिए जारी किया है। एआईपीईयू- जीडीएस( अखिल भारतीय पोस्टल कर्मचारी संघ जीडीएस] के नाम पर जीडीएस यूनियन का नेतृत्व हमारे एनएफपीई और इसके संबद्ध संघों द्वारा पिछले पांच वर्षों से किया जा रहा है। अब एआईपीईयू-जीडीएस यूनियन जीडीएस कैडर में नंबर 1 की मान्यता मांगने वाले वर्तमान सत्यापन प्रक्रिया में भाग ले रहा है।

       यह उल्लेख करना चुनौती है कि पोस्टमेन और एमटीएस अपने काम के स्थानों पर प्रत्येक जीडीएस को निकटतम लगाव कर रहे हैं। इस उदाहरण में एआईपीईयू-जीडीएस को सूचना के साथ निदेशालय द्वारा आपूर्ति की गई प्राधिकरण पत्र के रूप में जीडीएस की सदस्यता प्राप्त करके नंबर 1 की स्थिति में ykuk हमारी प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी है।

       पिछले कुछ सालों से पोस्टमेन और एमटीएस सर्किल डिविजनल यूनियन और सीएचक्यू ने सर्किलों के कई डिवीजनों में एआईपीईयू जीडीएस के लिए शाखाएं बनाने के अपने बेहतरीन प्रयास किए। आपने सीएचक्यू और एनएफपीई के दिशा में अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रयास शुरू किया है और एआईपीईयू-जीडीएस की शाखाओं के निर्माण में भी सफल रहे हैं। इस अवधि के दौरान सीडब्ल्यूसी बैठकों] सर्किल और एआईसी के निर्देशों पर सीएडब्ल्यूसी सभी सीडब्ल्यूसी सदस्यों] सर्किल सचिवों] शाखा के विभागीय सचिवों] सक्रिय कामरेडों] शुभचिंतक] एआईपीईयू- जीडीएस के जीडीएस कामरेडों को उनके समर्थन के लिए सराहना कर रहे हैं।

       हमने एआईपीईयू-जीडीएस सीएचक्यू को कुछ अवसरों पर संगठनात्मक और वित्तीय रूप से समर्थन प्रदान किया है और फिर भी इसे हमारे संघ से आगे बढ़ाने की जरूरत है। काफी हद तक कई डिवीजनों में हमारे कैडर इकाइयां इस कार्य में सफल रही हैं ताकि मंडलियों में शाखाएं बनाने और जीडीएस के सदस्यों के साथ डिवीजनों में अब तक बरकरार रहें। इसी तरह जीडीएस सदस्यों को सभी समय के लिए उच्च निकायों द्वारा दिए गए सभी कार्यक्रमों में उनके सभी सहयोग और सहायता को भी बढ़ा दिया गया है।

       अब] एनएफपीई के नेताओं] सदस्यों और सक्रिय सहयोगियों के साथ सभी विभागों में प्रमुख जिम्मेदारी साझा करने का सही समय है] ताकि संबंधित डिवीजनों में जीडीएस से सदस्यता दर्ज कर सकें। प्रत्येक सर्किल के सर्किल सचिवों को पी 4 यूनियन के सभी डिविजनल / शाखा सचिवों से व्यक्तिगत रूप से संपर्क करके और उनके डिवीजनों]  शाखाओं में एआईपीईयू-जीडीएस के पक्ष में सदस्यता पाने के लिए सभी प्रयास करने के लिए उन्हें निर्देशित करने के लिए इस कार्य पर अधिक ध्यान देना होगा।

       यहां जानकारी के पक्ष में अपनी मंडल के प्रत्येक डिवीजन के एआईपीईयू-जीडीएस के डिविजनल सचिव] संयोजक के विवरणों को सम्मिलित करते हुए और जितनी जल्दी हो सके संबंधित डिवीजनों में जीडीएस सदस्यों से 100% सदस्यता लेने के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई करने के साथ। कृपया 'आधिकारिक प्रतिनिधि] के नाम पर किए गए कोई भी परिवर्तन] अर्थात एआईपीईयू-जीडीएस के डिविजनल सेक्रेटरी संयोजक] हमारे सीएचक्यू संबंधित तुरंत संबंधित के साथ आवश्यक पत्राचार करेंगे।

       एक बार फिर विषय पर प्राथमिकता देने के लिए जोर दिया जाता है क्योंकि यह एक समयबद्ध प्रक्रिया है।
