Sir,
Your kind attention is immediately invited to
the subject captioned above. Sir, you are well aware of Odisha
Circle. Odisha Circle have three regions with one Chief PMG, two PMG, i.e., at
Sambalpur and Berhampur, four DPS, i.e. DPS HQ, DPS BD at C.O, DPS Sambalpur
and DPS Berhampur
Unfortunately
the undersigned is constrained to mention here that the post of DPS Berhampur
and Sambalpur lying vacant since long back, reasons better known to
you Sir The Work of both the regions related to
staff matter has seriously hampered. On behalf of staff members of Odisha
Circle earnestly request you Sir, to kindly fill up both the
vacant posts of DPS Sambalpur and Berhampur.

your personal response on the matter and cause necessary action in this regard
at the earliest.
