One of the major demands is speedy implementation of 3050-4590 scale from 1.1.96 to Postman / Mailguard cadre ! For both serving employees and retired!
* All Divisions should depute Pensioners to Circle Headquarters on 7.8.2019 Dharna!
* No division should absent in Circle level Dharna!
