Sub:-   Grant of  extension for submission of letter of authorization   for enrolment

            of new membership and change of union from April-30 to June-30.

Sir,

As you are aware that in the Month of April every year there is provision for enrolment of new membership and change of union. But this year due to lockdown it is not possible for anyone to move and submit the forms.

It is therefore, requested to kindly grant extension for two months up to 30^th June-2020 for submission of letters of authorization on the subject mentioned above.
