NOTICE

          Notice regarding holding of Central Working Committee Meeting of All India Postal Employees Union Postmen & MTS under Article 40(b), 41, 43(c)(v) & 44 of Union constitution of A.I.P.E.U. Postmen & MTS.

            It is hereby notified that the Central Working Committee Meeting of All India Postal Employees Union Postmen & MTS will be held from 14^th June 2015 to 15^th June 2015 at NARAYAN SEWA SAMSTAN UDAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) under the president ship of Com. Vikram Shah, President (CHQ). All Central Working Committee members are requested to make it convenient to attend 10 A.M. sharp on 14^th June 2015.

THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE THE AGENDA

 1. Homage to martyrs and condolence to departed leaders.

 2. General Secretary’s report

 3. Discussion on 7^th CPC and P-4 draft memorandum.

 4. Discussion on Task Force Recommendations

 5. Discussion on problems of Postmen & MTS

 6. Review of Confederation/PJCA Agitational programme

 7. Review of membership verification.

 8. Formation of GDS (NFPE)/ AIPRPA/Casual Labourers Union

 9. Organizational review at all levels

10. Discussion on next 26^th AIC

11. Financial review

12. Any other item with the permission of chair.

            The Central Working Committee of the All India Postal Employees Union Postmen & MTS is being held from 14^th   June 2015 to 15^th June 2015 at NARAYAN SEWA SAMSTAN UDAIPUR (RAJASTHAN). Necessary instructions to the concerned authorities for grant of Special Casual Leave for the period of Meeting and also the transit period may please be issued.
