The 34th joint biennial circle conferences of Assom
& North East Circles for AIPEU Gr.C., P-4 & AIPEU GDS (NFPE) is
commenced from today in Agartla. The Joint Conferences are scheduled from 6th
to 9th April 2015.
During morning session NFPE flag hoisted by
Com.L.P.Saikia, President, Regional Coordination Committee of Assom & North
East followed by floral tributes paid at martyr's column with all leaders of
NFPE and delegates.
Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhawan is the venue for
inagural session. The meeting presided by Com.L.P.Saikia, President, RCC, Assom
& North East.Hon'ble Mayor, Agartla and Chairman, Reception Committee made
the welcome address. Hon'ble Minister for Finance, Shri Bhanu Prakash Sha
inagurated the session. Com.M.Krishnan, Secretary General, CCGEW & Former
Secretary General, NFPE, Com.K.Raghavendran, General Secretary, AIPRPA &
former Secretary General, NFPE, Com.R.N.Parashar, Secretary General, NFPE, were
present and addressed the session. Com.Giriraj Singh, President, NFPE &
General Secretary,Com.N.Subramanyan, General Secretary, AIPEU Gr.C.,
Com. P. Pandurangarao, General Secretary, AIPEU GDS (NFPE) Circle Secretaries of
respective Unions of NFPE of Assom & North East Circles were also present
and addressed the session.
The Meeting concluded with the presentation of
Presidential address with vote of thanks by Com.L.P.Saikia.
