1. Immediate implementation all favourable recommendations of GDS Committee report (which is pending since seventeen month for approval)

2. Fill up of all vacant Posts of Postman and MTS cadre.

3. Stop outsider Postal Agent (OPA) for survival of the postal department and particularly the. Postman and MTS cadre.

4. LGO exam should be conducted each and every year which is pending since three years (It was not in the examination calendar of  2016-17 and 2017-18 also in the calendar of 2018-19.

5. The honourable Supreme Court judgment should be implemented in favour of all the Postman from 01.01.1996 instead of 10.10.1997.

6.  Graduate Postman and MTS should be considered to appear in the IP examination after 3 year of service.

7 Enhancement of Dress Allowance from Rs 5,000/- to Rs 10,000/- and stop move for making supply  to uniformed  staff for  readymade dress through the department, which system was got stopped after a long battle by our predecessors.

8. Stop NPS (New Pension Scheme) ensuring rolling back  to traditional pension, settle all the pending retirement cases of post appointed employees after 2004.

9. Without proper arrangement in CSI, the postman staff entrusting  to work of Postal Assistant work without any substitute or training.

10. Ensure Escort/Security Guard and provision of Insurance of Rs 30,00,000/- (Rs thirty Lakh ) for those who are engaged for cash conveyance exceeding Rs fifty thousand from one post office to other post office during course of duty.
