     All CWC Members, Circle Secretaries

      Divisional Secretaries and Branch Secretaries

Dear Comrade,

       All India Postal Employees Union Postmen & MTS - RED SALUTE and congratulate to CWC members, Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries, office bearers and members for conducting at Branch level, Divisional level the successful phased programme and holding successful Dharna at Circle Headquarters on 22^nd August 2014 and for making the first phase programme of Postal JCA a grand success. Reports are being received in CHQ that the mass demonstration and submission of 39 points Charter of Demands was conducted in almost in all Divisions, Circles with large participation. Let us keep this tempo up and improve further in coming Postal JCA & Confederation Phased programmes.

POSTAL JCA NEXT PHASED PROGRAMMES: -

CHQ (P-IV) request to all Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries to organize the following next phases of struggle programme also in a grant manner for grand success.

III –Phase – 27^th to 31^st October 2014- Relay Dharna in front of all ROs/Cos

IV- Phase   - 04^th Dec 2014 Massive Parliament March of 20,000 Postal and RMS employees including Gramin Dak Sewaks and Casual Contingent Employees.

Please start intensive campaign and make preparations now onwards: Please ensure that maximum employees from each division to participate in the Parliament March to be held on 04.12.2014. Please book the Up & Down Train tickets well in advance to avoid last minute inconvenience and each circle will decideand  intimate to this CHQ division-wise number of participants taking part in the Massive Parliament March positively by 20^th October 2014 -enabling us for making arrangement for stay of the participants.  In this connection minimum participants allotted to each circle is as under:-

Circle Secretary is requested to circulate this circular among all Divisions/Branch and fix number of participants for massive participation to each Division on the basis of membership strength for the above purpose.
