Com. P. Balakrishnan (84 years) veteran leader of P&T Trade Union Movement, Ex-All India Secretary, NFPTE, Ex-Asstt. General Secretary, AIPEU Group ‘C’ (CHQ) & Circle Secretary P-3/CCC NFPTE Convenor Kerala & Ex-General Secretary, Confederation Kerala expired today (5th May 2016) morning at 6 AM at Trivandrum.
