Historic 29th All India
Conference of AIPEU Postmen and MTS CHQ will be held at Kottayam, Kerala from
4th to 6th February 2024. Central Working Committee Meeting will be held on 3rd
February 2024 at 1600 hrs. Note that after 1980 Kerala Circle going to organize
the AIC a grand manner. All are requested to book their tickets up and down to
avoid last hour huddles. It is requested that all the Divisional Secretaries
will be attended the AIC. Further, it is the prime responsibility and duty of
Circle Secretaries. No if and but. So once again requested to book your tickets
in time. The nearest Railway Station is Kottayam Railway Station. All the CWC
members are requested to attend the CWC meeting on 3rd February 2024 without
fail.
Further, how many
persons will be attended the 3rd November 2023 Ramlila Ground Rally, confirm
within three days of this communication. Our prime 8 points Charter of Demands
You know very well i.e. OPS in place of NPS Scrap PFRDA, Setting of 8th Central
Pay Commission, Stop privatization.
We have decided in our
Vellore CWC 1000 members of P-IV attend the Rally. Nearby Circle Secretaries
are requested maximum comrades should be attended on 3rd November Rally and go
back to own same day. (Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttar
Pradesh, Haryana, Bihar, Madhy Parades, Bihar and Jharkhand)

प्रिय साथियों,
एआईपीईयू डाकियों और एमटीएस सीएचक्यू का ऐतिहासिक 29वां अखिल भारतीय सम्मेलन 4 से 6 फरवरी 2024 तक कोट्टायम, केरल में आयोजित किया जाएगा। केंद्रीय कार्य समिति की बैठक 3 फरवरी 2024 को 1600 बजे होगी। ध्यान दें कि 1980 के बाद केरल सर्कल एआईसी को भव्य तरीके से आयोजित करने जा रहा है। सभी से अनुरोध है कि अंतिम घंटे की परेशानी से बचने के लिए अपने टिकट आने और जाने की बुक करें। अनुरोध है कि सभी संभागीय सचिव एआईसी में उपस्थित रहेंगे। इसके अलावा, यह सर्कल सचिवों की प्रमुख जिम्मेदारी और कर्तव्य है। कोई अगर-मगर नहीं. इसलिए एक बार फिर अनुरोध है कि समय पर अपने टिकट बुक करें। निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन कोट्टायम रेलवे स्टेशन है। सभी सीडब्ल्यूसी सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे 3 फरवरी 2024 को सीडब्ल्यूसी की बैठक में अनिवार्य रूप से भाग लें।
इसके अलावा, 3 नवंबर 2023 की रामलीला ग्राउंड रैली में कितने लोग शामिल होंगे, इस संचार के तीन दिनों के भीतर पुष्टि करें। हमारी प्रमुख 8 सूत्री मांगों का चार्टर आप अच्छी तरह से जानते हैं यानी एनपीएस स्क्रैप पीएफआरडीए के स्थान पर ओपीएस, 8वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग की स्थापना, निजीकरण बंद करें।
हमने अपने वेल्लोर सीडब्ल्यूसी में निर्णय लिया है कि पी-IV के 1000 सदस्य रैली में भाग लेंगे। आसपास के मंडल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि अधिक से अधिक साथी 3 नवंबर की रैली में शामिल हों और उसी दिन वापस चले जाएं। (पंजाब, उत्तराखंड, हिमाचल, राजस्थान, दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश, हरियाणा, बिहार, मध्य परेड, बिहार और झारखंड)
दोनों कार्यक्रमों की सफलता के लिए आपके सहयोग की अपेक्षा है।
हमारा अपना कार्यक्रम जत्था बिना किसी असफलता के प्रत्येक मंडल में ले जाया जाएगा। जत्थे का विवरण शीघ्र ही सूचित किया जाएगा।
